Children Denplan Essentials - Monthy Fees

Plan A 4-10 years old - 2 x examinations, 2 x fluoride applications, 2 X-rays and Oral Hygiene instruction	£6.00
Plan B 10-18 years old - 2 x examinations, 2 x fluoride applications, 2 X-rays, 1 x hygiene visit and Oral Hygiene instruction	£10.50
